Osper Formulation

Osper Formulation is tucked away at Plot No. 134 -b in the EPIP Phase -1 area of Jharmajri. It’s a busy part of the industrial zone, so there’s always something going on nearby. Our plot isn’t the biggest on the block, but it’s enough for the machines and the small storage space we need. Most of us here have worked in Jharmajri for a while, so we know the local routine. The mornings are for setting up the lines and checking the raw materials that came in. It can get a bit cramped inside when we have a big order to get out, but we make it work. The building is a simple concrete structure. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist; if someone rings the bell, one of us just goes to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between the production floor and the loading dock. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after a couple of days. We keep a small kettle in the corner for making tea during breaks. There’s always a bit of dust from the road outside, so we’re constantly sweeping the entrance. It’s a straightforward life here. We focus on our formulations and don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising. We just want to get the work done right and get home to our families. It is a decent place to work.
