Rexcin Pharma is located at No-105/106 in Village Ghatha, which is part of the Baddi area in Himachal Pradesh. We’re right in the thick of things here. Baddi is a huge place for industry, but Ghatha has its own feel. Our spot is a couple of units where we handle all our pharmaceutical business. It’s not a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have some basic offices and a lot of space for the actual work. The team here is a mix of people who’ve been in pharma for years and some newer faces from the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy titles or long emails. We usually just talk to each other across the room. The weather in HP can be beautiful, but mostly we’re focused on the crates and the schedules. Being in Baddi means there’s always a lot of traffic and dust, but that’s the trade-off for being in such a busy area. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks. We don't promise anything impossible or use words we don't understand. We just run Rexcin Pharma as best as we can from these units in Ghatha. It’s a straightforward life. We open up early, do the work, and head home when the job is finished. No drama, just a local business doing what it does best in a very busy part of the state.
