Nootan Pharmaceuticals is tucked away in Village Tipra. It sits along the Barotiwala to Kalka Road, which is a key path for anyone traveling through this part of Solan. The area is quite hilly in parts, and the air feels a bit different than the lower plains. We spend our time here dealing with the production and packaging of medicines. It’s a steady environment where everyone has their specific station. The Barotiwala area has grown a lot over the years, with more industry moving in. Our building is practical and serves the purpose of manufacturing. Most of us live nearby or commute from the surrounding towns along the Kalka road. The mornings are usually the busiest when the shifts change and the transport arrives. We don’t have any grand entrance or anything like that. It’s just a gate and a sign. The focus is always on the work inside the lab and the factory floor. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the machinery, but you get used to the hum after a few days. We deal with the local weather, which can be unpredictable sometimes. When it rains, the hills look nice, but the road can get tricky. We just keep doing our thing day by day, making sure the orders are ready. It's a simple life of manufacturing in a quiet village setting. We have a small canteen area where we eat lunch and talk about the weekend plans.
