Indo Pharma Spares Equipments is on the first floor of Sco No. 5, right on Sai Road. We are very close to Mangal Steel and the Dawat Chowk area. If you find yourself at that intersection, you’re basically there. Being on the first floor means we have to carry things up and down sometimes, but it’s a good spot because it’s right in the middle of everything. We deal with spares and equipment, so our place is usually filled with parts and tools. It’s not a clean-room environment or a fancy showroom. It’s a workshop and an office combined into one. There’s usually a bit of grease and a lot of metal around. We don't use polished language when we talk to our customers. We just tell them what we have and what we can get for them. The noise from Sai Road is constant, with horns and people shouting, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been near Mangal Steel for a long time. Our team is small, just a few guys who know how these machines work. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just write down what’s needed and try to find it. It’s a practical, hands-on kind of business. We’re here every day, except for the holidays, just keeping things moving for the factories around us. That’s all there is to it, really.
