Crest Health Care Pvt. Ltd. is located at units 103-104 in Village Katha, which is under the Baddi post office in the Solan district. Baddi is a big industrial zone, so there are always people moving around and trucks coming in and out of the village. Our space is just two units joined together, and it’s filled with all the gear we need for our healthcare work. The hills of Solan are nice to look at, but we spend most of our time inside the walls of the facility. It is a very practical environment. We have shelves full of supplies and desks that are always cluttered with paperwork and logs. The lighting is a bit bright, but you need that when you are working on precise things. We have a few different shifts, so the building is rarely empty. It gets quite cold in the winter months, so we all wear heavy sweaters while we work. There’s no big corporate culture here; we’re just a bunch of people trying to do our jobs properly. We know the other businesses in the area, and sometimes we help each other out if someone is short on something. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just us doing the daily grind in Katha.
