Kaalinga Pharmaceuticals is situated on Barotiwala Road in Katha. It’s a bit of a tricky spot to find if you don't know the local landmarks well. We are located near Hotel Vimal and also quite close to the Radhey Hardware Store. The road out front is almost always busy with heavy industrial traffic and a lot of dust from the trucks. Our facility here is where we handle all the pharmaceutical work, which means everything has to stay quite clean and tidy inside, even if it feels a bit messy and loud outside. We spend our hours checking labels, packing things, and moving heavy boxes around. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks every single day, but that’s just the nature of this kind of business. The area around Barotiwala is very industrial, so we are surrounded by other big factories and warehouses. You can hear the constant hum of machinery coming from the neighboring buildings all day long. We have a small team working here and we mostly just stick to our own specific tasks. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or carpets. It’s a practical workspace built for getting work done. Sometimes we walk over to the hardware store if we need something small for the building. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the break room before we get back to the floor. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a long day sometimes, but we’re used to it.
