Mss Kamlesh Marble

We set up our business over in Hathipur, right along the By Pass Road. It’s a good location because the trucks can get in and out without having to deal with the inner city traffic. Most of what we do involves moving marble slabs from the yard to the customer's vehicle. It’s a lot of physical labor, but we’re used to it by now. The yard isn't fancy, just a big open space with rows of stone. We get people stopping by who are just passing through on the bypass and happen to see the marble. We don't have a big office or anything, usually just a small desk where we keep the records. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too hot to be outside for long or when the rain makes the ground soft. We just handle things as they come. Our neighbor has a shop too, so we see a lot of the same people coming around. We try to keep a decent variety of colors, though it depends on what we can get from the suppliers at the time. It’s a simple operation, really. Just me and a few others making sure the marble gets loaded safely. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where locals can come and get what they need for their floors or counters without any fuss or complicated sales talk.
