Chauhan Building Material

Chauhan Building Material is a small shop, number 332, located in Saraimeer. We are right next to the HP petrol pump, which is a great spot because almost everyone in the area stops there for fuel at some point. It makes it easy for people to just pull over and ask us about bricks, sand, or cement while they are out running errands. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space to keep the materials organized. We have piles of stuff out front and a small counter where we sit and talk to the customers. It is a very local kind of business. We know most of the people who walk in by their first names, and we have seen many of the houses in the neighborhood being built from the ground up. The noise from the petrol pump and the main road is constant, but it keeps the place feeling alive. We don't do anything special for marketing; we just rely on the fact that we are in a good location and we have been here long enough for people to trust us. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit low if the supply trucks are delayed, but we usually manage to find a way to get what the customer needs. It is just a regular life of running a building supply shop in a busy part of Saraimeer.
