Sino Soft Global is based in a fairly quiet spot in Village Sarurpur. Our house number is 40, and we are under the Tendha post office in the Milkipur area of Faizabad. It is definitely not your typical location for a software company, but we make it work. Most people expect tech businesses to be in the big cities, but we prefer being here in the village. It’s a lot calmer, and we don't have to deal with the madness of city traffic. We do our software work right from this house. It’s a simple setup—just desks, computers, and a reliable internet connection, which we had to work hard to get out here. The team is mostly local guys who grew up in the area. We spend our days working on various software projects for people who need them. We don't have any corporate slogans or a mission statement on the wall. We just show up, open the laptops, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing all day staring at screens, but they’ve gotten used to us by now. Faizabad is a nice place to live, and being in Milkipur gives us a lot of peace. We don't have a fancy canteen or anything, just home-cooked food and plenty of tea. It’s a basic way of doing business, but it keeps our heads clear and our work focused.
