Ruchi Caters

Operating out of Bhawaniganj in the Haiderganj area means we’re always right in the middle of local life. Ruchi Caters isn't a huge operation with fancy offices or glossy brochures. We mostly just have our equipment, some sturdy vans, and a lot of large cooking vessels that we keep clean and ready. Most days involve a lot of lifting and moving things around. When an order comes in for a local function, the whole place turns into a bit of a whirlwind. We have to check the lists twice because forgetting a single crate of spoons can be a real headache later on. The streets around Haiderganj can be narrow, so getting the vehicles out and on the road takes some patience. We don't spend money on big ads. Usually, people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us working at an event nearby. It’s honest work. The kitchen gets incredibly hot during the summer months, but that’s just part of the job. We focus on getting the food cooked and delivered where it needs to go. Sometimes we’re working late into the night cleaning up after a party, and other times we’re up at four in the morning to start the rice. It is a simple life centered around food and hard work. We just try to stay organized and keep the burners lit. There isn't much more to it than that.
