Anchor Vishakhaa

I work out of Vishnu Nagar, which is just behind the Akashwani Signal in the Garkheda area of Aurangabad. The actual address is V/E 34 on Jawahar Colony Road. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get off the main road. My work involves a lot of anchoring and being at different spots around town, so I'm not always sitting at the desk. This is where I prep for whatever event is coming up next. It’s not some big agency setup, just a local person handling things as they come. People in Aurangabad usually know the signal area well, so it’s easy to explain where I am based. I’ve lived around here for a while and started doing this because I liked the energy of being at the center of a gathering. There’s always a lot of paperwork and scheduling that happens behind the scenes that people don’t see when I’m on stage or at a function. The office space is simple and holds my notes and whatever equipment I need for the day. I try to stay organized, though it gets a bit hectic when several things happen in the same week. It’s good being in Garkheda because everything is reachable. I just do my job, try to be clear with everyone I talk to, and make sure I know the plan for each event before I head out. It's a living and it keeps me busy with people every single week.
