If you go behind St. John School in Itkheda, you will find us at Plot No. 81 in the Revti Housing Society. Y. M. Daily Meat is a small operation. We focus on getting meat to people around Paithan Road. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, so we try not to make too much noise. The business started out quite small and we are still keeping it that way. We think it is easier to manage when you know exactly what is going on every day. Handling meat requires a lot of attention to detail and cleanliness. We spend a lot of our time making sure everything is stored properly and that the place is kept up. It is not an easy business to be in. The hours are long and you are on your feet all day. But there is a certain satisfaction in providing something that people use for their family meals. Our team is just a few dedicated people. We all know the routine by now. The morning starts early with deliveries coming in. Then we spend the rest of the day processing orders. We don't have fancy marketing or a big sales team. It’s just us at our spot in Revti Housing Society. We have been here for a bit and the neighbors know us. It is a simple life and we are okay with that. We just focus on our daily tasks and getting things done.
