Vanketesh Provision

Running Vanketesh Provision out here on Veroc Main Road keeps us pretty busy most days. We are located in the Pandharpur area of Aurangabad, which sees a lot of traffic. It is a straightforward kind of shop. We spend most of our mornings unloading stuff and getting the bags and containers in the right place. People around here in Maharashtra know us by now since we have been at this spot for a good while. The shop isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to sell. Sometimes the afternoon sun gets a bit much, so we keep the front shaded with a cloth. You might find us sitting on the wooden stool near the counter when it is quiet. We don't really do anything complicated here. It is just about having what people in the neighborhood need for their kitchens. Sometimes a customer comes in just to ask for directions or talk about the weather while they pick up their items. It is a habit for us now, waking up and coming down to the store. The road outside can get noisy with all the trucks and cars going towards the main part of the city. We just stay focused on the work inside and keep the inventory moving. It is a plain life, but it works for us. We try to keep the stock fresh and the floor swept when we have a spare minute. There really isn't much more to it than that.
