Maniyar Hyper Market

Maniyar Hyper Market is at 18/7 Hills Colony in Aurangabad. It is right across from MGM Hospital on Jalna Road. My brother and I run the place mostly. We open early because people coming to the hospital often need things before the sun is even fully up. Aurangabad gets quite hot, so we try to keep the inside cool, but the doors stay open most of the day. It is a busy spot. We stock all sorts of things on the shelves, from snacks to plastic buckets. Sometimes the delivery trucks take forever to unload and block the narrow part of the road near the colony, which makes the neighbors a bit annoyed. We just keep moving. It is not a fancy store with bright lights and uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and talk to the people who walk in. Most customers are locals from around Hills Colony or folks visiting the hospital. We spend a lot of time checking the expiry dates and making sure the floor is swept. It gets dusty because of the road construction nearby. We have been here for a while and know most of the faces. If someone needs a specific brand of tea or soap, we try to get it in the next stock. It is just a regular life running a market here. We drink a lot of chai behind the counter when it is quiet in the afternoons.
