Ultimate Holidays

We are located in the CIDCO area, specifically N - 6, right across from the B. H. M. S. College. If you’re a student there, you’ve probably walked past Ultimate Holidays a hundred times. Our office is on the ground floor, and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside. We have posters of different cities and beaches on the walls to make it look a bit like a travel place. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or someone is complaining about a flight delay. It’s a lot of coordination. We have to talk to hotels, drivers, and airlines all day long. Sometimes the internet goes out and we’re just sitting there, unable to do anything. It can be stressful when someone’s trip isn't going right, and we have to fix it from here. We’ve got a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. We don't have fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The area around the college is always lively, so there’s a good energy outside. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking prices and trying to find the best dates for people. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes we get to hear stories from people when they come back from their trips, which is the best part of being here. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s just the way we work every single day.
