Our place is at Plot No. 39, right by the Api Corner on Jalna Road. Most people know the spot because Ravi Masale is right there, and that's a pretty big landmark around here. At Mahi Tours & Cab Services, we just focus on getting the cars out on time. It’s a local business through and through. We started with just a couple of vehicles and slowly added a few more as things went along. The office is basically a room where we sit and wait for the phones to ring. We drink a lot of tea while we look at the maps and figure out the best routes for the day. Traffic on Jalna Road can be a real headache sometimes, so we always have to plan around that. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and making sure the drivers are awake and the cars have enough oil. We’ve got some regulars who have been using us for years now. They know where we are and just drop by the plot when they need a booking. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything, just some notebooks and a lot of memory. It’s a bit old-fashioned maybe, but it works for us. We just try to be honest about the times and keep the engines running smooth. That’s what we do every day at the office.
