Star Industries

Out here on Baror Kazi Road, things are a bit industrial. Star Industries is located on Plot 17, right near Javdpur. It’s an area where people actually make things. You can hear the machines running most of the day. It gets dusty, and the road can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s a good spot because it’s off Jalna Road, so we aren't right in the middle of the worst traffic, but close enough to get things shipped out. The crew here is local. A few of the guys walk to work from the nearby houses. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on the production side of things. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the floor rather than in an office. We like the hands-on part of the business. It’s how we learned everything. Some days are long, especially when a machine acts up, but we figure it out. We don't really have a grand philosophy. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a decent living and we like the people we work with. The shop floor is where all the real action happens, and we prefer it that way. We don’t mind the noise. It just sounds like work being done. We hope to stay here for many more years as the area grows.
