Sigma Masale

We've been over here at Plot H-5/33 in the Chikalthana MIDC area for a while now. It gets pretty busy around this part of Aurangabad, especially with all the industrial sheds nearby. Most days are spent handling the grinding machines and making sure the spice bags are packed up right. Sigma Masale isn't a fancy setup. It’s just us working in this space, trying to keep things moving. We deal with the heat from the machinery and the smell of various powders all day long. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but that is part of the job. People know us because we are local and we stay in one spot. It is a bit loud out here in the industrial zone, but we like it that way. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just the floor where the work happens. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders go out to the local shops nearby. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, but we’ve got a good routine going. We started small and stayed that way, which helps us keep an eye on things. If you walk past the gate, you can usually smell the chili or turmeric being processed. It’s just a normal day for us here at the plot. We keep the machines running and try not to make too much of a mess while we work. We don't have time for fancy talk, just the actual labor.
