Shri Krishna Strong Soda

You can find us at Shop No. 03 inside the Ram Krishna Apartment building. We are right on Ganesh Colony Road, which is a pretty easy landmark if you know the area near Khwaja Miya Dargah. The shop is small, but it fits everything we need to get the soda ready. Dealing with strong soda means we have to keep an eye on the carbonation and the bottles all day. It gets loud sometimes when the machines are running, but that's just how it goes. People from the colony walk by on their way to work or the Dargah, and some stop in for a quick drink. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass and making sure the crates are lined up properly so nobody trips. The road outside can get noisy with traffic, especially in the evenings. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure the gas levels are right and the bottles are cold enough. It’s mostly about the physical work—loading, unloading, and checking the caps. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the neighbors know us well enough. We keep the floor swept and try to stay ahead of the demand when it gets humid outside. There isn't a lot of extra space, so we have to be smart about where we put the empties. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us here on Ganesh Colony Road. Nothing more than that.
