Shri Balaji Traders

Shri Balaji Traders is located at Laxman Chawadi, tucked away right behind Abhinay Talkies. If you know where the movie theater is, you can find us without much trouble. We’ve been in this little spot for a long time now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze back here, especially when we have a delivery truck trying to get through the lane. The street is narrow and things get pretty crowded during the day. We’re just a trading business. We buy things in bulk and sell them, and we try our best to keep the records straight. There is always someone coming in or out to check on an order. It’s mostly just paperwork and making phone calls to suppliers. Sometimes the power goes out in this neighborhood, and we just have to sit and wait it out or work by the light from the door. We don’t use any high-tech systems. We just use what works for us. Most of our neighbors are other small shopkeepers and families who have been here for a long time. It feels like a small community in the middle of the city. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation. We like being right here where we are. It’s dusty and noisy, especially when a new movie starts, but we’re used to it. We just open up and see what the day brings.
