Our company, E - agro Care Machineries & Equipments, is based out in the 5 Star MIDC Industrial Area in Shendra. Our workshop and office are at D-45. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machines in the distance. We focus on machinery and equipment for farming, which means we spend a lot of time looking at tractors, tillers, and other heavy gear. It’s a dusty job sometimes, and in the summer, the heat in the MIDC area can be quite something. We don't have a fancy showroom; we have a workspace where we put things together and check that everything works before it goes out to a farm. Most of the people who work here are locals who know a thing or two about how hard farming can be, so we try to make sure our equipment is tough enough for the job. We often have farmers coming by to look at the machines or to ask for a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We talk about gears and engines more than we talk about business strategies. It’s just how we are. We like being in Shendra because it gives us the space we need for the big equipment. Sometimes we’re a bit slow to answer the phone if we’re out on the floor, but we always get back to people. It’s honest work and it keeps the agricultural world moving along. We just try to do right by the people who rely on us.
