Shiv Provision

You can find us over at Hamalwada, which is right on Station Road in Aurangabad. We are located just behind the main station, so it’s always a bit noisy with the trains and the people coming and going. Shiv Provision is a small local store where we keep the basics that everyone needs. We’ve got flour, rice, and all those small things for the kitchen like salt and spices. Because we are so close to the station, we see a lot of different people every day. Some are locals who live just a few houses away, and others are just passing through and need a bottle of water or a quick snack. The shop is small and the shelves go all the way up to the ceiling. We have to use a little stool to reach the stuff on the top. It gets quite busy in the mornings when the first trains arrive and people are heading to work. We handle everything ourselves, so if the floor needs sweeping or the jars need refilling, we just get it done. We don't have any big corporate rules or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we try to stay helpful to the people around us. Sometimes we have to deal with the power going out or the water being cut off, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just keep the doors open and do our best to serve whoever walks in from Station Road.
