Shilakant Classes

Shilakant Classes is found at Plot Number 4 in the Builders Society, over in Nandanvan Colony. It is part of the Padegaon area here in Aurangabad. Our place is right in the middle of a residential neighborhood. This means it is usually pretty quiet, except when the students are arriving or leaving. We have got a simple setup inside. It is just some benches and a place for the teacher to stand. We do not have a big staff or a fancy office. It is mostly just us working directly with the kids who live around here. The zip code is 431002. Most days, we are just busy grading papers or explaining things from the textbook. It is not a high-pressure environment, but we do expect the students to put in the effort. Sometimes we have tea together during the breaks. It is a very local, friendly kind of vibe. We do not use marketing tricks to get people in. Families in Padegaon just know where we are. We have been at this for a bit, so we have seen plenty of students come and go. The building is just a normal house converted for classes. It feels more like a home than a school sometimes. We just focus on the basics and try to make sure the kids are actually learning something useful for their future. It is hard work, but we enjoy the routine of it.
