Sapna General Store

We’ve been here on Shrey Nagar Road for a long time now. Most people know us because we’re right near the Mega Mart and Utsav. It gets pretty busy around here in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We mostly sell the usual stuff like snacks, toiletries, and some household things that people forget to buy at the bigger stores. My brother and I take turns sitting at the counter. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside on the stools. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where you can grab what you need. We know most of the neighbors by name. If a kid comes in for a chocolate and is short a few rupees, we usually just tell them to pay next time. That’s how it works here in Osmanpura. The shelves are a bit crowded because we try to fit as much as possible. We open early in the morning, around 8, and stay open until late at night. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets loud, but we are used to it. We keep things simple. If you need a pack of biscuits or some detergent, you just come in and ask. There is no big system here, just us writing things down in a notebook when we need to restock. We don't have a website or anything like that. Just this small shop in Aurangabad where we spend our days talking to the locals.
