Salman Hospital

Salman Hospital sits right in the Juna Bazar Colony on the main road by Roshan Gate. We are very close to the Jama Masjid, which is a big landmark in this part of Aurangabad. Being in such a busy area means there is always something going on outside our windows. The sounds of the market and the calls to prayer are part of our daily background. The hospital itself is a modest building. We have a few floors and various departments squeezed in. It’s not the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it works. We have a lot of walk-in patients from the local market and the surrounding colony. The staff is used to the fast pace. We don't have a big fancy reception area with leather couches. It's just plastic chairs and a lot of people waiting their turn. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things too complicated. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Despite the changes, our routine stays the same. We open the doors, check the supplies, and start seeing patients. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't use any slick slogans. We just provide a place for people to come when they aren't feeling well. It’s a busy, noisy, honest sort of place. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day for the staff.
