You can find us on the first floor of Jagtap Plaza. We are right across the street from Nirantar Hospital on Subhash Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the area. Being on the first floor means people have to head up the stairs or use the lift, which sometimes gets stuck, much to our frustration. We are a multispeciality hospital, so there is always a variety of things happening at once. One minute it’s someone coming in for a consultation, and the next it’s an emergency. It keeps us on our toes. Subhash Road is always humming with activity, so there’s a constant backdrop of city noise. Our waiting area is often packed, especially in the mornings when everyone wants to be seen first. We do our best to keep up with the queue, but sometimes things take longer than expected. We aren't a corporate chain; we’re just a local hospital trying to do right by the people who come through our doors. The staff is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time talking to families and explaining what’s going on. It’s a lot of long hours and coffee. We just keep pushing through the day, making sure the beds are ready and the medicine is stocked. It’s busy and sometimes a bit chaotic, but that’s just hospital life on a busy road. There is always a list of things to do.
