Sagar Provision

Sagar Provision is located on Dargah Road in Aurangabad. It’s a pretty lively area, and being on this road means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't a big supermarket or anything like that, just a local provision store where you can get your daily necessities. The space is a bit tight because we try to fit as much stock as we can on the wooden shelves. We have everything from cooking oils to different kinds of lentils and spices. It gets a bit dusty because of the road traffic, so there is always some cleaning to do. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just open up early and stay as long as there are people coming in. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it's slow and just watch the bikes go by. It’s an honest way to make a living. We have to keep a close eye on what is selling so we don't end up with old stock. My hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the sacks of grain, but that’s just part of the job. People around Dargah Road know us well, and we try to keep the things they ask for most often. It’s just a simple shop run by regular people who understand what a kitchen needs. Nothing fancy, just the basics and a familiar face behind the counter for the neighborhood folks.
