Sagar General Store

Sagar General Store is located right on the Nashik Highway in the Padegaon part of Aurangabad. We are quite close to the Bombay Bazaar, so the area stays pretty active throughout the day. People come to us for their everyday needs like soap, tea, biscuits, and other small household items. We are not a big supermarket or anything like that. It is just a small, local shop where we know many of the faces that walk through the door. The highway can be loud and the traffic is sometimes a bit much, but it brings a lot of people past our shop. We have been here in Maharashtra for several years now. Running the store is a lot of work, and we stay open until late to make sure workers can stop by on their way home. It is just me and a couple of family members keeping things going. We do not have any fancy marketing at all. We just put the items on the shelf and wait for people to come in. The weather in Aurangabad gets really hot, so we sell a lot of water and cold sodas during the summer months. If you are living around Padegaon or just passing through on the highway, you will see us. We are just a basic shop trying to provide what the local community needs for their homes and kitchens every day.
