Safa Coldrinks

If you walk down Station Road in Abrar Colony, you will find my small shop. I focus mostly on cold drinks because the heat in Aurangabad can be quite difficult to handle for most of the year. I have two large refrigerators that hum loudly all day and night. They take up most of the space in the front. I keep them stocked with all the popular sodas, some bottled water, and local juice brands. When the power goes out, which happens sometimes, I worry about the drinks getting warm, but usually, it comes back on quickly. People walking to or from the station often stop by when they are thirsty. I also keep some small snacks like chips and biscuits because people like to have something to eat with their drink. The shop is quite small, so I mostly stand near the door. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass doors of the fridges because fingerprints get all over them. It is a simple business, really. I don't have a lot of complicated things to manage. Just keep the bottles cold and make sure I have enough change for the customers. In the evenings, the shop light attracts some bugs, so I have to keep the fly swatter handy. It is just me here most of the time, watching the traffic go by.
