Rocky Tea Premium

We are out in Village Harpur, which is under the Mohammadpur police station area. Our post office is over in Sidswalia. The biggest thing near us is the Bharat Sugar Mill. You can usually tell when the mill is working because of the way the air feels and the number of trucks on the road. We deal with tea here in this small village setting. It is a simple building we work out of. Nothing is too modern, just some sturdy tables and plenty of storage space for the tea. We get our shipments in and then we spend the day sorting through things. Since we are near the sugar mill, there are always people moving around the area. We see a lot of the same faces every day. The work is steady and it doesn't change much from one month to the next. We try to keep the place clean, but being in a village with dirt roads makes that a bit of a challenge sometimes. The tea we have is what we call premium, but to us, it’s just the good stuff we’ve always handled. We don’t have a big office or anything, just a desk where we keep the papers and a phone that rings every now and then. Life in Harpur is quiet for the most part, except for the mill noise. We just stay focused on the tea and making sure the bags are filled properly before they go out.
