Rangvarshu Fisheries Private Limited

Rangvarshu Fisheries is based at Plot No 37 in the Indraprastha Housing Society. We are right near the Swami Samarth Kendra on Pundlik Nagar Road in Garkheda. It might seem a bit odd to have a fisheries business near a housing society, but it works for us. Aurangabad is our home and we wanted to start something here. We deal with fish and related things. It’s a lot of early mornings. We have to be up before the sun to get everything moving. The space is practical. We have some tanks and storage areas set up. It’s not a glamorous job. You’re always around water and it can get a bit messy. We wear our boots and just get on with it. The neighbors in Garkheda are used to seeing us by now. We try to keep things quiet so we don't bother anyone. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know about fish. We don’t have a big website or a social media person. Word of mouth is how most people hear about what we’re doing. We focus on the quality of the stock we get in. If the fish isn't good, we don't sell it. It’s as simple as that. The commute to the markets can be long, but we’ve got a reliable old van that does the job. It’s a tough business but we enjoy the routine of it. There's always something to clean or an order to prepare for the morning.
