New Janata Kirana Stores

New Janata Kirana Stores is found on Mondha Road in Sanjay Nagar. We are near the Smashan Maruti Mandir, which is a good landmark if you are looking for us. The shop is run by us, the Hingora brothers. It is a bit of a tight space because we try to stock a lot of different things. We have everything from cooking oil to different kinds of lentils and some household plastics. Aurangabad can get quite hot so the afternoons are usually pretty quiet in the shop. I usually sit near the back where it is cooler and wait for the evening rush. Our father started this place a long time ago and we just keep it going. The shelves are a bit messy sometimes because people move things around while looking at them. We don't mind much, we just put it back later. The road outside is often dusty and noisy with all the people going to the temple or the market. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors who come in to buy their daily sugar or tea. It is not a modern supermarket or anything like that. Just a local kirana store where you can get what you need without any fuss. We try to keep the staples in stock so nobody leaves empty-handed. It is just a normal way to spend the day for us here on Mondha Road.
