You can find us at N-7 R-43 T-10 in Cidco Saipark. This is Aurangabad, so it's a pretty central spot for us. Nectarine Eatables started because we liked the idea of making food that people can grab on the go. The address is a bit of a mouthful with all the letters and numbers, but it's where we do all our packing and prep work. We have a small setup here. It’s not a massive factory or anything like that. Just a few of us working together to get things out on time. The area around Saipark is usually bustling. We see a lot of the same faces every morning when we open up. It’s nice to be part of the neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy signs. Most of our energy goes into making sure the snacks or whatever we're making that day are fresh. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle to find the exact block, but they eventually get there. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time and Aurangabad feels like the right place for this. The kitchen smells like spices and fried dough most afternoons. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting bags of flour and sugar. We don't have many fancy machines. We prefer doing things by hand when we can. It’s a quiet business, really. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. It keeps us busy enough. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep serving our neighbors.
