Mirza Steel Re-Rolling Mill Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been operating Mirza Steel Re-Rolling Mill Pvt. Ltd for quite some time now over at H - 5/56 in the MIDC area of Chikalthana. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. The heat from the rolling machines is something you just learn to live with after the first week. Most of the guys here have been working these floors for years. We aren't a big corporate office with fancy chairs; we are just a group of people who know how to handle steel. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too high, because once those furnaces are going, the temperature inside the mill really climbs. Chikalthana is a busy place, and being in the MIDC section means we have trucks coming and going all day long. Sometimes the machines break down or the power fluctuates, and we have to spend half the afternoon fixing things with wrenches and a bit of frustration. It’s not always pretty, and the floors are definitely covered in dust and metal shavings, but that is just how a re-rolling mill looks. We don't spend much time on paperwork if we can help it. We'd rather be out there making sure the steel is moving through the rollers like it’s supposed to. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
