Loya Pre Engineering Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Shendra Jahagir, specifically at Gut No. 13 and 14. We are pretty close to the Skoda Auto India plant and the MIDC Shendra area. It’s a big industrial zone, so there's always a lot of dust and movement around our gates. We work on pre-engineered buildings, which means we spend a lot of time looking at metal structures and blueprints. Our facility isn't pretty, it’s a working yard where things get built and loaded onto trucks. Most of us here have dirt on our boots by the end of the day. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us out in the yard or in the small office shed. We've been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just being honest about what can be done and how long it will take. We’ve had our share of rainy days where everything slows down, but we just keep at it. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a building go up from nothing. We’re just a local crew trying to do solid work near the MIDC. We don't make big promises, we just build things that stay standing and hope the client is happy with the result when the trucks finally pull out of Gut No 13.
