Dagger Master Tools Industries Ltd

Out here in the MIDC Industrial Area in Chukalthana, things move at a different pace. We are at F-2/2, and if you know the area, you know it's mostly factories and warehouses. Dagger Master Tools Industries Ltd is right in the thick of it. The air usually smells like metal and oil, which is something you just stop noticing after the first hour of your shift. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but the space we have is worth it. We have the floor set up for the heavy work. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a workshop where tools are the main focus. We spend most of our mornings getting the machines ready and making sure the supplies are where they should be. Sometimes the power fluctuates a bit, which is typical for this part of the industrial zone, so we just work around it. The gate is usually open by seven. We see the same faces every day, mostly other workers from the nearby units heading to their own spots. It’s a grounded way to make a living. There is a lot of pride in just showing up and doing the job right without making a big deal out of it. We keep our tools sharp and our records handwritten or typed out on the old system. It works for us. The yard is big enough for the trucks that come in.
