Kiran Mahila Stores is located in the middle of Keli Bazar in Aurangabad. If you know the area, you know how crowded and lively it gets every single day. We sell all sorts of things that women might need for their daily lives. The shelves are packed with items, and sometimes it looks a bit cluttered, but I know exactly where everything is kept. It’s a small shop, so we have to stack things high up to the ceiling. People come in looking for specific threads, bangles, or small household items for their kitchens. It’s the kind of place where you have to look closely to see everything we have. I’ve been running this store for years and have seen the market change quite a bit as the city grew. The noise from the street is constant, with vendors calling out and scooters zipping past the front door. I usually sit near the front counter so I can greet everyone who walks in. It’s not just a shop; it’s a place where neighbors stop to talk for a few minutes while they do their errands. I don’t use a computer; I just have a simple calculator and a bill book. The wooden floorboards creak a little when people walk on them, which adds to the character of the place. It’s a humble business, but it keeps me busy from morning till night. We stay open late because Keli Bazar stays active.
