K.C. Precision

We are over here in the Waluj area, specifically at M-107/5/2 in the MIDC section. It’s pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial zone. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot because this part of Maharashtra can really bake you by noon. K.C. Precision has been running out of this spot for a good while now. The workshop floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s always a faint smell of machine oil in the air. We aren't a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we handle the machines and get the parts done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or a delivery truck gets stuck in the narrow lane outside, but we just deal with it as it comes. The guys usually take their lunch break together under the small shade near the entrance. It’s noisy because of the other units nearby, but you get used to the rhythm of the industrial estate after a week or two. We spend most of our time staring at blueprints or checking measurements. There’s not much for visitors to see unless they like looking at lathes and grinders. We keep our tools organized on the old wooden racks we’ve had since the beginning. It’s just a normal workplace where people show up, do their shift, and head home to their families when the sun goes down.
