Aurangabad is a good place to be based, it has its own pace. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to do our job well and keep things moving. Most of our day is spent checking the quality of what comes in and making sure it goes out to the right people. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just part of running a private limited company. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business.
