Geeta Industries

Geeta Industries is located at Plot No. A-79 in the Five Star MIDC area of Shendra. It’s a big industrial zone. Our plot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We do a lot of manufacturing here, mostly metal parts and components. The floor is usually covered in shavings. The air has that metallic tang to it. We have a solid group of workers who show up every morning, punch the clock, and get the machines running. It’s loud. You have to shout a bit to be heard, but we’re used to it. We aren't a massive corporation with a fancy glass office. Our office is just a small room in the corner of the shed with a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on getting the dimensions right. We have to meet the deadlines our customers give us. Some days the power fluctuates, which is a pain, but we manage to keep things moving. We eat our lunch together in the shade when it gets too hot. There is a sense of pride in seeing a finished part ready for shipping. It started as just a raw piece of steel. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. The road in Shendra gets a bit rough with the heavy trucks. We don't mind as long as there is work to do and the machines stay running.
