Deswa Aluminium And Powder Coating And Anodizing

We are located over in F Sector in Waluj, Aurangabad. It’s an industrial area, so it gets pretty dusty and loud with all the machines running. We do a lot of heavy lifting here with aluminium pieces and the powder coating ovens. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in a bit of dust or carrying long metal rails. The anodizing tanks take up a lot of space in the back. It’s a messy job, but someone has to do it to keep the metal from rusting or looking dull. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are all doing similar industrial work. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist; you usually just have to find someone on the shop floor. The heat from the coating process can be a lot, especially in the afternoons. We just get on with it, though. We work with small parts and big frames alike. Sometimes the schedule gets backed up when a machine acts up, but that's just how it goes in a factory setting. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We take the raw metal, treat it, coat it, and send it out. It’s hard work on your feet all day, but seeing the finished stacks of colored aluminium is alright.
