You can find Om I. T. Solutions at Shop No G-9 in the Kasliwal Market, which is over in the N-2 area of Cidco. We are tucked away right behind Sohamm Motors, so sometimes people have to look a bit closer to find the entrance. It’s a busy little market area with a lot of different shops around us. Inside our shop, it’s mostly computers, cables, and various tech parts scattered around. We spend our time fixing laptops, putting together systems, and trying to figure out why someone’s internet or software isn't behaving. It’s not a large space, but we have enough room for a couple of workbenches and some storage for spare parts. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. Usually, it’s just us and a few customers dropping off their gear or asking for advice on what to buy next. Being behind the car showroom means it’s a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on a tricky repair. We’ve been in this Cidco spot for a good while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a straightforward operation. We just like working with tech and helping out the locals who come in with broken screens or slow hard drives. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of screwdrivers and software discs.
