Starting at Kamgar Chowk every morning is quite something. We are right here on Jalna Road in Aurangabad. It is a busy spot. You can hear the vehicles honking all day from the street. Chate Tutorial Pvt Ltd has been in this Cidco -3 area for a good while. The rooms are basic. We have rows of benches and whiteboards that have seen a lot of use over the years. Some of the fans make a bit of noise when they are on full speed, but they keep the air moving. Students come in with their heavy bags and sit down to work. Usually, they are talking about their exams or what they had for lunch. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just schedules and a few old posters. The floor gets a bit dusty by the evening because so many people walk through. Our office is just a small space with a desk that is always covered in papers and registers. Sometimes the tea man from across the street brings over some chai when it gets quiet in the afternoon. It is just a regular place where people come to learn things. There is nothing too special about the building itself. It is just a part of the neighborhood. We see the same faces every day. It feels like a routine that everyone is used to now. The door stays open most of the time unless it is raining hard outside.
