Bhakti General Store

The place we run is called Bhakti General Store, and it's on Plot No 165 in the Samarthnagar area of Aurangabad. We are right behind Sai Hospital in what people call Uday Colony. Being in Maharashtra, we see all kinds of people coming through. The shop is a general store, so we keep a bit of everything. It’s not a very large place, but we manage to fit quite a lot on the shelves. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when there are more than three people inside. We don't have a big team or any corporate rules. We just do things the way they’ve always been done around here. Working near a hospital means we get people stopping by at all hours looking for quick items or snacks. It keeps us on our feet. We don't spend money on fancy decorations; we just keep the goods where people can see them. Most of our time is spent talking to customers or trying to figure out where to put the new stock. Samarth Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and we are just a small part of it. We open up early and usually stay until the sun goes down. It's a plain, honest business. We just sell what people ask for and try to keep things simple. If you're in Uday Colony, you've probably walked past us a few times already.
