Aleena General Store

We are tucked away in Lane No 12 in the Sanjay Nagar area of Aurangabad, right near the Noor Masjid in Baijapur. It is a very busy neighborhood with narrow lanes and lots of houses crowded together. Our store has been a fixture here for quite a while. We sell all the basic things a household needs, like grains, oils, and snacks for the kids after their school lets out. Being near the Masjid means we see a lot of people throughout the day, especially during the prayer times when the lane gets full. The shop is small and can get a bit crowded when more than three people are inside at the same time. We try to keep things organized, but it is a constant battle with so much stock arriving every few days. The noise of the neighborhood is just part of the background for us now. We know most of the families around Lane No 12. Sometimes the children come in with small coins for a single piece of candy. It is a humble place, nothing like those big supermarkets you see in the city center. We prefer it this way. We use a simple billing method and keep things straightforward for everyone. The heat in Aurangabad can be intense, so we stay in the shade of the shop as much as possible. It is hard work, especially the heavy lifting of sacks and crates, but we have been doing it for so long.
