Ak Kirana

You can find Ak Kirana right in the Ak Building over in Ham Is Colony. We are on Station Road in Aurangabad, pretty close to the Arafat Masjid. It’s a busy part of town, especially with the train station nearby. I have been working here for a good while now. The shop is a basic setup for all the grocery needs folks in this part of Maharashtra have. It gets a bit crowded in here during the evenings when people are coming home from their jobs. We keep the basics like rice, pulses, and local spices. The building itself is easy to spot from the street. Being near the masjid means we see a lot of people every day. It’s not a big corporate place, just a local kirana store for the community. We try to keep things in order, but sometimes boxes get stacked up in the corners when a big shipment arrives. That’s just part of the daily job. The floor is concrete and we sweep it out every morning before we open. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so it stays bright inside. Aurangabad is a good place to be and we like it here. Most customers are regular people from the colony. We know what they usually buy before they even ask for it. It’s a steady life for us. We just keep the shelves full and the door open for everyone who needs supplies for their kitchen.
