Mukherjee Hardware

I have been running Mukherjee Hardware in Sarat Pally for a long time now. Bidhannagar is a nice area in Durgapur and we like being part of the neighborhood here. Our shop is just a regular place where you find tools, pipes, and some paint for your house. It is not a big fancy showroom, just a hardware store where stuff is stacked on shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we get new stock in from Burdwan, but we manage. My staff and I spend most of the day talking to people who are fixing up their homes or builders needing a few extra boxes of nails. We open early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Most people around here know us. We don't do anything special, just sell what folks need for their daily repair work. The shop can be a bit dusty because of all the cement and sand around, but that is just how a hardware store is. We have been at this address for years and seen the street change quite a bit. It is a simple life and we just keep busy with the orders. If you walk down the main lane in Sarat Pally, you will see our sign. There is usually a bicycle or two leaning against the wall outside. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. It works for us.
