Deb Computer Services

If you go up to the second floor of City Centre, you can find us at Stall No S2/14. We call it Deb Computer Services. Being in a place like City Centre means there are always people walking by, but being on the second floor makes it a little quieter than the ground level. Our stall is pretty small, so it gets filled up quickly with monitor boxes and old towers that people have left for service. We have a couple of stools for customers to sit on while we check their devices, but usually, they just leave their stuff and go shopping in the mall for an hour or two. We deal with software installs, virus cleaning, and the usual hardware failures. The lighting in the mall is always the same, so sometimes we lose track of whether it is sunny or raining outside until we leave for the night. We've been in this specific stall for a few years now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have two people working behind the counter at the same time, but we have a system for where the tools go. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person; we just rely on being here when people have a computer problem while they are out at the City Centre. It’s a practical way to run a small business, and it keeps us busy from morning till the mall closes up for the night at City Centre.
