Meshvo Mahila Producer Company Limited is over in Lusadiya village, which is in the Bhiloda taluka of Sabarkantha. Our office is at Taraben Jagdisbhai Suvera’s place. It’s a company run by women from the local area. Lusadiya is a small village where life revolves around the seasons and the fields. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We usually meet in a simple room or even outside if the weather is nice. Taraben keeps everything organized. It’s not easy running a business when you also have a home and fields to look after, but the women here are hardworking. We talk about everything from seeds to household stuff while we work. Sabarkantha has its own challenges with the land, but we manage. The company is a way for us to have more control over what we produce. We don't use marketing talk because we don't need to. Everyone in the village knows who we are. Sometimes the meetings are loud and everyone has an opinion, but that’s how we get things done. We keep our own records and try to learn the business side of things as we go. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and we are still learning, but we are proud of what we’ve built in Lusadiya. It’s just a group of local women trying to make a living and help our families. No big promises, just real work.
