We are based over here at House No. 97 in Abhapurbhiloda. It’s a quiet part of Sabar Kantha, and we’ve been working on the land for a while now. This company is basically just a group of us who grow things and try to get our produce out to people without too much trouble. It started because it's hard to do everything alone when you're farming in this part of Gujarat. We spend most of our days out in the fields or sitting around the house figuring out the next season's plan. There isn't anything fancy about how we run things. We mostly deal with the seeds, the soil, and whatever the weather decides to do to us that week. If you come by the house, you'll probably see some equipment lying around or someone loading up a truck. We aren't big city people. We just know how to handle the crops we've been growing for years. It's a lot of physical work and sometimes the market prices don't go our way, but we keep at it because this is what we know. Living in Sabar Kantha means you're used to the heat and the dust. We handle the sorting and the packing right here when we can. It’s a local operation, nothing more, nothing less. We just want to make sure the work we put into the ground actually ends up as food on someone’s table. It's a simple life, honestly. We don't have a big office, just this house.
